Quota, storage and plan limits

How render quotas, storage limits, and resource limits apply to your plan.

Check current limits

Use the workspace’s displayed plan and usage. Render quota belongs to the workspace, not each template. Prefer current assigned limits over an outdated pricing table.

When is render quota consumed?

Preview is unmetered. A real render consumes quota on successful completion; a failed job is not a successful PDF. Concurrent jobs can compete for the final quota unit, so accepted does not guarantee eventual quota availability.

Assets and images

Free has no project asset storage and disallows arbitrary public HTTPS images. Paid plans have their configured capabilities. Google Fonts is a separate supported exception, not permission for arbitrary remote fonts/stylesheets. Full storage can block additions; downgrades can change access to existing assets.

External image URLs have separate format and size limits, including no remote SVG. See image URL requirements; SVG uploaded to Assets follows the project-asset flow.

Retention and timeout

Jobs have processing-time limits and output has plan-governed retention. Download important PDFs into your own storage.

Subscription controls

Self-service upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation controls are currently unavailable in the beta UI. Open Settings to view the workspace’s plan and usage. An active subscription may need cancellation before workspace deletion; deletion does not cancel the subscription.

Handle limit errors

Distinguish render quota, storage, image policy and timeout errors before trying again. Repeated submissions do not fix an exhausted allowance.
